Known as the oldest Japanese patisserie in Paris, so it sparked my curiosity even more than in restaurants (even the real Japanese) are not the pastries that are brought to the fore. At the end of a lunch or at a tea, it is the ideal opportunity to taste these traditional pastries that were served to the emperors by the same Nippon company . The place is refined and attentive service prepared to explain each composition of Wagashi. This a rare address to travel in the refinement and poetry
of a real pastry.
